Peripheral started with a simple frustration: brilliant ideas, important tasks, and everyday errands — all lost because our hands were busy when the thought arrived.
We were a group of friends in Bangalore who kept losing track of things. Not because we were careless, but because life doesn't pause while you open an app and type.
The idea was on a whiteboard you'd forget to photograph. The grocery list you'd remember at the store — but only half of it. The "call Mom" that slipped your mind for three days straight.
We thought: what if there was an app that just listened? One that was always ready, always patient, and had the memory of an elephant?
That's how Peripheral was born. Built in Bangalore, India — a city that runs on chai, deadlines, and way too many things to remember.
If it mattered enough to think, it matters enough to save. Capture should be instant.
Driving, cooking, holding a baby — life is hands-full. Your reminder app should know that.
No 47-step onboarding. No overwhelming dashboards. Say it, forget it, get reminded.
No premium walls, no ads, no dark patterns. Just a useful app that works.
Right now, Peripheral is in early access. We're learning from real people what works and what doesn't. Every piece of feedback shapes what we build next.
We're a small team, but we move fast. And we'd love to hear from you.
